A safe place is with a neighbour, garage, shed, hidden on the property as long as it is ready for collection and we are informed of the location on your booking we will collect.

Collection and Delivery Monday to Saturday.

Delivery in the evenings if required.

The maximum size and/or weight of each individual parcel

Max 15kg per parcel.
Up to 120 cm in length.

If you add the two shortest dimensions and multiply them by two and then add the length, the total calculation needs to be fewer than 225 cm. Or just use our quote system.

If you have selected the signature option then the recipient's address will need to be occupied and a signature provided.

If Non- signature was selected then we will deliver to a safe place or a neighbour. If no delivery to a safe place or a neighbour can happen then the courier will put a card through the recipient's letterbox detailing the location of the parcel.
